The kids with the big hearts…

So earlier today a person I respect a lot told my upline leader, Tom Chenault, that “If I thought I was going to own the Internet, I had another thought coming.” I wasn’t even aware that I wanted to.  There’s a billion people out there on the Internet.  All I want to do is set up my systems that I know work, and help a few hundred of them become Xelr8 diamonds.  My needs are very modest.

I do love the challenge though.  Xelr8 is the kind of company that attracts competitors.  There simply isn’t anything better in life than giving it your all while competing with a worthy opponent.  As a football coach there was nothing I liked more than having our little school run circles around a competitor with twice the kids that all walked onto the field with the swagger of a champion.  But all walked off the field wondering what the heck happened.

The will to win isn’t the most important thing in life…it’s the will to prepare to win that builds champions.  If you love to work out, if you love to listen to the cd’s, if you love to prospect, if you love to learn, you have the heart of a champion.  At Stevenson H.S. we didn’t have the biggest kids on the field, we just had the kids with the biggest hearts.

Frankly, I don’t want to own the Internet, I just want to train a bunch of average, ordinary people who have the will to prepare.  They’re the ones with the big hearts.

Why I love Xelr8 / Bazi

People ask me all the time why I am so excited about Bazi and Xelr8.  Well, I’ll tell you.  I am excited about the product (Bazi) because there is nothing quite like it anywhere; 8 superfruits, 12 vitamins and 68 minerals, 350 world class and professional athlete endorsements.  This is one hot product.  I’m also excited that I can concentrate on just this one product; NO Confusion!

I love that the company is reletively small, only about 10,000 distributors.  That means if we are good enough we can cause an explosion of growth.  If you have 25% or even 50% of the company’s business in your organization as the company reaches it momentum phase, when the dust settles 18-36 months later, you’ll still control that percentage.  You better believe I am thinking about market share with this one.

I love the branding.  This company does everything first class from day one.  They look good.  With that, they make us as distributors look good.  You want to become a billion dollar company, look and act like it from day one.  These guys get an A+ on that count.

I like that they are an American Stock Exchange listed company.  Everything they do must be reported and is completely transparent.  I’ve been around long enough to know that companies don’t always tell their field force the truth.  Like almost never.  As a public company they have to.  The other thing I like is I can be an owner simply by buying stock.  Something I am really taking advantage of.

I like the corporate guys, the suits have tons of experience and have grown a company from small to enormous.  This is critically important.  There is nothing harder to manage than a company in runaway growth.  You can count the people who have on ten fingers and maybe five toes.  We have one of them as our company president.

The comp plan is extremely fair to both us in the field, and to the company.  Why is it important to be both?  If it is too much in the company favor, the company withers and dies.  If it is too much in the distributors favor, the company withers and dies. Xelr8 has a perfect balance.

I love that the bottles are red.  It’s a great color.  I know, you may not give a rat’s patoot, but Bazi Red is just right as far as I’m concerned.  It looks good on the Lexus they give you when you become a 100k diamond too!
